LEARNING & GROWTH
Our
congregation provides many opportunities for Christian learning
and growth.
NEWBORNS
- TODDLERS:
Preparation for baptism is offered by Pastor Stephen. After baptism
regular contact is kept with these children by mail, home visits
and occasional group activities.
 CHILDREN:
Any child born from 1994 to 2004 is eligible to register for our
weekly Sunday School classes. These classes are held each Sunday
morning from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. in the church basement - September
to May - and use the "Growing in Christ" curriculum.
From
October - March, children from Grade 1 or higher are welcome at
our mid-week Kids' Klub which is held on Thursday evenings from
6:45 - 8:00 p.m. with the exception of the third Thursday of each
month. Christian fellowship, songs, games and crafts prevail.
YOUTH:
Two years of Confirmation classes are presently being offered
- one for Grade 7 children on Tuesday evenings, and one for Grade
8 children on Thursday evenings.
We
also have both Junior (pre-confirmation) and Senior (post-confirmation)
Youth groups.
A
Sunday morning Youth Bible Study is offered weekly at 9:00 a.m.
led by Pastor Stephen.
ADULT:
Currently we have two active Adult Bible Classes - one on Thursday
evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the church basement and another in-home
group which meets Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
